Adolescents need a different kind of medical space and that is why we have Bridgespan Medicine. While our patients still supported by the same trusted physicians, teens and young adults benefit from a dedicated entrance and waiting room designed for privacy, independence, and maturity.

Westchester Park Pediatrics (WPP) cares for children from birth through age 14 in a warm, child-friendly environment. Bridgespan serves adolescents and young adults ages 15–21 in a separate, age-appropriate space, while maintaining the same trusted physicians and standards of care.
transitioning to Bridgespan?
No. Our physicians care for patients across both WPP and Bridgespan, allowing for seamless continuity as your child grows. The transition is simply a move to a more age-appropriate space, not a change in medical team.
We offer comprehensive primary care, sick visits, well visits, immunizations, prenatal meet-and-greets, adolescent medical care, mental health support, and on-site services including hearing and vision screenings. Care is tailored to each developmental stage.
Bridgespan Medicine is designed specifically for teens and young adults, with a separate entrance and waiting area to create a more mature, comfortable setting. We encourage appropriate independence while maintaining partnership with parents.
Yes. We provide age-specific mental health services for both younger children and adolescents. Our approach integrates emotional and behavioral health into primary care for a whole-child model.
Both offices are located at 3010 Westchester, Avenue. Bridgespan is in suite 307 and Westchester Park Pediatrics is in suite 300. Appointments can be scheduled by calling the appropriate office for your child’s age group or through our online booking system.
